The Scottish Karate Alliance is a governing body for Karate in Scotland — developing traditional Shotokan karate-ka from first white belt to World and European Championship podiums.
Our members train in traditional Shotokan karate and have taken gold, silver and bronze at World, European, international and national competitions — at junior and senior level — with selection earned on performance.
SKA squads have competed at World and European Championships since 2004, medalling at every level of the sport.

Founded by SKA President Bill Hair, 7th Dan. Training at Monkton & Prestwick North Church — first WKC World Championship gold in 2006.
